Shannon Browne graduated from the University of New Brunswick in 2006 with a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology and has spent the past 19 years working as a licensed psychotherapist in Fredericton, New Brunswick. She is now thrilled to be living and working in her home province of Prince Edward Island.
Throughout her career, Shannon has developed a deep appreciation for the resilience and inner strength people carry. She believes that, with the right support, safe environment, and effective tools, everyone has the innate capacity to heal and grow. Her clinical approach is always tailored to the individual, recognizing that each client comes with their own unique story, needs, and strengths.
Shannon has specialized in youth therapy and brings extensive experience working with Indigenous communities, Victim Services, and adult clients. She considers it a privilege to be part of her clients’ healing journeys and is committed to providing a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space for meaningful change.
