I believe that inherent within us is the ability to grow through challenges and move toward what is meaningful in life, despite our hardships. Just like we learn to ride a bike or swim, recovery and gaining tools to change the way we relate to our inner world is a skill that can be developed over time. You are not defined by what you are experiencing; you are not broken, and healing is possible. My mission is to create a non-judgmental, collaborative space where you can authentically be yourself. With a mental health nursing background, I have gained an appreciation for the complexities of the human condition. Because of this experience, I bring a unique perspective to understand your needs and how we can collaboratively explore your obstacles and work towards solutions. As your therapist, my role is that of a guide, to walk alongside you as you navigate your own path toward growth.
