Breanna Bunnett

Registered Psychotherapist

Life can often feel overwhelming, with the stressors of everyday life piling up and leaving us feeling stuck. Many individuals carry the weight of past traumas and grapple with anxious or depressive thoughts that can be difficult to navigate alone. Taking the first step to walk into my office may feel daunting, but I strive to create an atmosphere of calm and safety that encourages open exploration.

As a Registered Psychotherapist, I work with a variety of individuals and couples who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, occupational and life stress. I believe in the power of a collaborative therapeutic relationship, which empowers my clients to build resilience and achieve emotional well-being.
