Christian Garro

B.A., Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

You may be taking your first step or your hundredth step towards growth and change in your life. At each step, therapy can be a supportive, inclusive, and empowering experience.
I aim to create an empathetic and compassionate alliance with you to explore your thoughts and concerns. You may be searching for balance or even control over your thoughts, feelings, and emotions to give you a sense of comfort in life. The feelings of safety, care, and support can help to alleviate the stressors, worries, and anxieties that we face daily. This explorative process can often be a challenge, but with each challenge in life we can be presented with an opportunity for insight, clarity, understanding, and a deeper connection to ourselves and to others. Working alongside you I can offer an open heart, an open mind and a safe space to help you along your journey.
