However, these pre-determined roads can often fail us. The consequences of trauma, illness, systemic challenges, personal experiences or genetic predisposition can change our perception of the world, the way we interact with it, and our own unique narrative. This humanizing aspect of the brain can prevent you from living your most authentic, fulfilling, and healthiest life. But change is possible.
