Jamie Sutherland

MDiv., CAMFT, Registered Psychotherapist

As a Registered Psychotherapist, and Couple and Family Therapist, my passion is to walk alongside with you on your healing path of self-growth and discovery. I believe as we work through your thoughts, emotions, behaviours and values, we gain insight into how patterns of the past and/or present play a role in your unique situations. I believe by creating an awareness, we can better choose how to respond in your circumstances with a deeper sense of coping and/or managing your life events as we develop your preferred Self.
Jamie succeeds in his efforts as he continues his purpose to create opportunities for healing and help to increase peoples’ quality of living. From years of working with families, individuals, couples, families, children, and youth, he holds true that everyone has the potential to overcome that which they desire. Jamie is a Registered Psychotherapist and has an undergrad from U of T and holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Counselling from Tyndale Seminary. Jamie holds over 23 years of experience walking with individuals, couples, families, children and youth, through many challenging life events. Jamie’s time spent working with community agencies in Toronto, the GTA, and Internationally has led him to develop a rich appreciation for relationships and collaboration.
