Jessica Guillemette

Psychotherapy Intern

My approach to therapy is humanistic; I see each individual as inherently whole, capable, and worthy of growth. I strive to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences, develop self-awareness, identify meaning in their life, highlight patterns of behaviour, and foster meaningful change. I believe that everyone is deserving of unconditional support and that each person has unique strengths that can be identified and leveraged to navigate life’s challenges and reach their goals.

I am committed to providing empathetic, client-centered care. My goal is to walk alongside my clients as they deepen their understanding of themselves and move toward a more fulfilling and authentic life. To accomplish this, I aim to work together with my client as a team to identify areas of growth and create a treatment plan that is personalized to their individualized needs.
