M.Ed, RSW, Registered Social Worker and Neurofeedback Technician
I am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW), as well as a member of the Behaviour Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Over the past five years, I have been immersed in both research and applied settings. I have worked with youth, adults, and families with support needs related to Autism, ADHD, OCD, concurrent disorders, acquired brain injuries, genetic disorders, and transitional housing. I have facilitated age-appropriate interventions supporting children and their families cope with medical procedures, illness, and hospitalization (St. Joseph’s Healthcare and McMaster Children’s Hospital).
During my graduate studies in developmental psychology, I developed a passion for optimizing learning outcomes across the lifespan. I recognize the unique emotional, cognitive, and social needs at each life stage, and I am committed to helping my clients develop healthy practices that foster growth, personal responsibility, self-discovery, and resilience. My goal is to help guide you in making sense of your experiences, and re-author the stories that shape your identity to overcome challenges. I center my work in trauma-informed, strengths-based, and holistic wellness practices, using a non-directive approach that empowers individuals to take an active role in their healing. As a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200), I deeply care about integrating mindfulness and body-centered techniques into my work.
Some of my supplementary training and ongoing professional development includes Gottman Method couples therapy (levels 1 & 2), spiritually integrated psychotherapy, and creative arts and play therapy.

Some of the ways I find joy outside of my work include taking care of my physical and mental health (exercise, meditation/yoga, cooking, exploring new places, discovering new music, being around water and animals, reading, family & friends).
