Justine Bullen

Neurofeedback Technician

Every person deserves to feel balanced, both mentally and physically. I believe that true wellness comes from addressing the whole body, not just isolated symptoms. Through my work, I have seen how deeply connected the mind and body are—stress, pain, and mental fatigue don’t exist in silos, and supporting one aspect of health can create meaningful change in the other. My goal is to help clients build that connection, guiding them toward greater self-awareness, resilience, and well-being.

With over a decade of hands-on experience, I have worked as a registered massage therapist and manual osteopath, helping clients relieve pain, restore mobility, and improve their overall quality of life. Now, as a neurofeedback technician, I am expanding my approach to include brain-based therapies that complement physical care. By integrating my knowledge of body mechanics, nervous system function, and neurotechnology, I aim to provide a truly holistic experience. Looking ahead, I plan to further merge these passions by pursuing a career in occupational therapy, continuing my commitment to whole-body health and client-centred care.

More than just my work: Outside of work, I lead an active lifestyle—whether it’s lifting weights, going for a swim, hiking through nature, or trying something new like a boxing class. I find joy in spending quality time with the people I love, especially when we’re exploring new foods or swapping book recommendations. I’m also a big animal lover and could happily spend hours chatting about animal facts or hearing all about your pets!
