Hi! I’ve been a deep thinker and feeler all my life. I have a background in visual arts and working in theatre, film, & television. I became a therapist to because of how impactful therapy was for me at difficult points in my life. Emotional connection is a powerful thing. I practice from trauma-informed, gender-affirming and neurodivergent-affirming perspectives. Through individual therapy, we can address your unique challenges and work towards resilience, healing and growth. I offer skills and activities that can contribute to inner-knowing, self-awareness, and understanding of yourself and others. I think this sense of self-knowing is a kind of wisdom that brings about resilience and change. I have a special interest in using creative approaches in therapy including story telling, crafts, expressive mark making, writing, game design, and music. Your whole self is welcome.
