Mohammad Barzegari

M.Sc., Registered Psychotherapist (fluent in English and Persian (Farsi))

Life doesn’t happen to us but happens within us and for us. Every challenge, every triumph, and every moment of stillness is a thread woven into the fabric of our being. It’s the choices we make, the relationships we nurture, and the resilience we exhibit that shape the narrative of our lives. It’s not too late to change the narrative and start a life worth living.

Are you struggling to turn off your mind and quiet the loud noise yelling inside your head? Are you frustrated with people and facing challenges in your relationships? Do you find it difficult to keep up with your daily tasks or remain committed to your work? Have you noticed that life is hard to cope with because you lack motivation?

I believe we all need someone to help us overcome life’s challenges. I can assist you in navigating what is not working in your life, embracing who you are, and working compassionately with you to achieve your goals and personal growth. I am a firm believer that articulating clear counseling goals and developing a solid treatment plan can help you overcome life’s obstacles and start living a life worth cherishing.

Beyond my work as a therapist, which I genuinely love, I indulge in many activities. I enjoy traveling to different countries, meeting new people, and partying with family and friends. I recharge my batteries by running, mindfulness practices, therapy, listening to audio books and podcasts, yoga, working out, and occasionally hiking. Also, as a former professional driver, I like driving different cars and staying updated on new developments in the automotive world.
