Life encompasses diverse challenges that turn into life struggles. While certain life situations inevitably bring emotional pain, in therapy you will learn to increase actions that move you towards the life you want to build, while reducing the impact of painful thoughts and feelings.

Through a humanistic and behavioural approach, I am here to work along with you to maximize your skills and strengths for a rich and meaningful life. Through a collaborative work, I will guide you to locate the root of the issue while learning and applying cognitive, emotional and behavioural skills to effectively handle present and future challenges.

My premises for therapy are to always welcome your beliefs and values to ensure you feel heard, understood and supported, as well as motivate you and inspire you to enhance your well-being!

More Than Just My Work

I am a retired professional dancer with a passion for transmitting deep emotion through performance and teaching. Dance connected me to the exploration of understanding the importance of giving my body a voice.

People find it funny, but I love to study! I am always looking for my next certification! I also love to spend time with my family, the smell of coffee first thing in the morning, listening to music at all times, and red roses. You will always find me smiling because it’s one of my favourite things to do.
