Sabrina Giralico

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), M.A., RP (Q)

Are you feeling low, anxious, burnt out, stressed, or overwhelmed? Have you faced something traumatic, leading to feelings of shame, distrust, guilt, and anger? Are you struggling in your relationships? I first want to commend you for taking this initial step at seeking support. Your vulnerability, resilience, and strength are honorable. I want to work alongside you at finding empowerment, compassion, and desired change in your life. Together, we can understand your many emotions, while showing them empathy and care. I hope to provide you with the tools to challenge your inner critic, promote resiliency, change negative thinking patterns, regulate your emotions, heal childhood wounds, and find internal balance.

I value keeping an inclusive, trauma-informed, empathetic, nonjudgmental, and safe space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. Aside from the painful emotions that brought you here today, I work at helping you identify your strengths and sense of self once more. I am very passionate at helping people ascend to their best selves, whilst providing unique and evidence-based treatment plans.
