For more than 23 years, I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals and couples as they navigate some of life’s most challenging experiences. As a Registered Social Worker and mental health therapist, my work is rooted in the belief that change is possible when people are provided the right tools and empowered to reconnect.
I specialize in trauma focused therapy and couples counseling, drawing on extensive training in Somatic approaches and EMDR to help clients move beyond the patterns that keep them stuck. My style is sincere and collaborative. I work intentionally, helping clients tune into the wisdom of their bodies, access emotional clarity, and rebuild secure connection—within themselves and with the people they care about.
Over the past two decades, I’ve supported clients through complex trauma, relationship ruptures, anxiety, grief, and life transitions. Whether working with an individual reclaiming their sense of safety or with a couple rebuilding trust, I focus on creating a therapeutic space where honesty, compassion, and meaningful change can unfold.
My goal is always to help people not only heal from the past, but also move forward with greater confidence, connection, and self-understanding.
