Shirin Pilehroudi

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Life is a journey full of twists and turns, and it can sometimes feel overwhelming. As a dedicated therapist, I firmly believe in the transformative power of therapy. Sometimes, people feel overwhelmed by the idea of starting therapy. They feel lost in the options of looking for a therapist, choosing a therapy modality, and figuring out how it will all fit into their life. People want to feel better, but answering the question of how to get there seems too overwhelming. Throughout my journey as a mental health professional, I have strived to provide empathic care with unwavering commitment. My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that every individual’s journey is unique and deserving of personalized support. I use a holistic and individualized approach to treatment, navigating the uncertainty with each client in their journey to better mental health and more self-compassion. Together, we can find your way to a more fulfilling life.
