Struggling with ADHD or attention challenges can make daily life feel overwhelming, whether it’s for you or your child.
Issues like poor attention or focus, concentration lapses, hyperactivity, or impulsivity can affect every aspect of life. At NuVista, we understand these challenges and offer a holistic approach to treating ADHD.
Our unique ADHD program, including Neurofeedback, provides lasting improvements by helping the brain learn self-regulation—giving you the confidence and relief you’ve been searching for.
Our ADHD program is designed to treat individuals of all ages—children, teens, and adults—by offering a comprehensive and non-medication-based solution. Unlike traditional treatments that often focus on symptom management with medication, our approach targets the root causes of attention challenges.
At the core of our program is Neurofeedback, a scientifically backed therapy that teaches the brain to regulate its own activity. This improves concentration, focus, memory, and emotional control—providing lasting change and relief from ADHD symptoms.
NuVista offers two tailored ADHD program options to meet individual needs:
Each program is tailored to children, teens, and adults, ensuring age-appropriate strategies and support.
Every journey begins with a thorough intake assessment. During this session, we gather information about your or your child’s challenges and goals. This helps us tailor the program to your unique needs.
Our coaching program is customized for each age group to provide support, strategies, and guidance tailored to the individual’s developmental stage. This includes structured coaching sessions, action plans, and progress reviews:
Neurofeedback is a non-invasive, brain-based therapy proven to help with ADHD by teaching the brain to self-regulate. This advanced method helps address the core symptoms of ADHD, such as attention, impulsivity, and behavioural regulation.
Our ADHD Program stands out due to its holistic, integrative approach. Whether through coaching alone or in combination with Neurofeedback, we deliver long-term solutions for managing ADHD. Here’s what makes our program unique:

NuVista offers two tailored ADHD program options to meet individual needs:
We begin by gathering information about your history and goals. Both your ADHD coach and our BCIA-certified Neurofeedback Clinician will attend this session to answer any questions and ensure you are comfortable with the process.
This non-invasive brain scan assesses electrical activity in the brain and helps us customize your Neurofeedback plan. The scan typically takes about one hour and provides vital insights into your brain’s functioning.
Within two weeks of your QEEG scan, we’ll meet with you to explain the results and how Neurofeedback can help. You’ll receive a written summary of findings along with your tailored Neurofeedback plan.
Neurofeedback training sessions are conducted 1-2 times per. Most clients see improvements after 20-40 sessions. Each session is customized based on your QEEG results and specific goals.
We regularly review your progress throughout the program. After 12 weeks, a formal review session allows us to assess your achievements and revisit your goals as needed.
Join the many individuals and families who have benefited from NuVista’s targeted ADHD treatment. Whether you choose our coaching program or the Neurofeedback option, we are confident you’ll experience significant improvements in focus, attention, and overall well-being.
