Jessica hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Waterloo. This combination of clinical training and sociological perspective enables her to consider both individual experiences and the broader systems and contexts that shape our lives. Jessica participates in ongoing supervision and professional development to to ensure she provides ethical, effective, and evidence-based care.

When she’s not at work, Jessica enjoys exploring the outdoors, connecting with friends and family, and seeking out new travel experiences that broaden her perspective.
