Dr. Baldwin’s specific interests include post-traumatic stress, stress and pain management, traumatic brain injury, depression, and anxiety. She has worked with individual adults, employers, and third-party referral sources to address coping with pain, injury, and illness, to support return to work, and to manage mental health. Dr. Baldwin also completes general psychological/diagnostic assessments as well as assessments for Veterans Affairs benefits eligibility including military and RCMP. Additionally, Dr. Baldwin has worked extensively with elite athletes providing performance enhancement and personal counselling services and has attended numerous multi-sport events including several Canada Games as well as Pan-Am and Olympic Games.
Professional & Academic Background
Dr. Baldwin received her Masters and PhD in Counselling Psychology from the University of Calgary. She focuses primarily on cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) as well as EMDR and Flash technique, all evidence-based approaches to treatment. She is also trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Outside the Office
Being outside in nature is important to Dr. Baldwin and she actively participates in outdoor activities year round. In recent years, she has also re-engaged in the joy of singing with local choirs.
