Why They Chose This Work
I was drawn to the field of mental health because I am committed to supporting individuals through life’s challenges and helping them enhance their overall well-being. I believe that healing begins with feeling safe, heard, and understood, and I strive to create a compassionate, collaborative environment where clients can build resilience, develop practical coping strategies, and work toward their personal goals.
Outside the Office
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends. I also love
being outdoors, especially when I’m hiking with my dog, or horseback riding.
