Stephanie has a passion for working with individuals living with trauma, disordered eating, body image struggles, and neurodivergent neurotypes. Her aim is to offer a warm, safe, and inclusive space for growth and healing. Stephanie sees how past traumas impact peoples’ lives in the present, whether it is showing up as struggles to manage their emotions, increasing their anxieties, lowering their mood, or impacting their relationships with others or themselves. She believes that when we receive the right support, by dealing with and healing the root of the issue, the other struggles tend to dissipate.
