Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Psychology from the UPEI (2012), a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Vicotria (2013) and currently completing a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University under the supervision of Emily Freeze MSW. As a Registered Social worker for 11 years, Chelsea’s background is primarily with teenagers and adults in Mental Health and addictions with experience at the Strength Program, Provincial Addictions Treatment Facility and the Queen Street Methadone clinic. She believes in a Person-Centred approach that focuses on mindfulness, values, strengths and solutions. Working within a trauma-informed lens, MBCT and ACT modalities, our goals for therapy are to heal, grow and thrive.
