I take a collaborative, client-centered holistic approach to therapy, drawing on evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My work is grounded in creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and understood.
My primary areas of specialization include addictions and eating disorders, as well as mood disorders, anxiety disorder.

Outside the Office
Outside of the office you can find me spending as much time outdoors as possible—whether that’s hiking, skiing, cycling, or just sitting and watching a sunrise. Free time is almost always shared with family, friends, and/or pets, as well as reading and exploring new places and spaces.
