Hi, I’m Julian, and I believe that therapy is most powerful when you feel truly heard, understood, and supported.
My approach to therapy is grounded in deep listening, genuine curiosity, and compassion. I believe that your story, your experiences, and your values should shape the direction of our work together. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all—and I see us as a team, collaborating to explore what healing and growth mean for you.
Life can be messy and overwhelming, and we all need a safe space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with ourselves. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, navigating relationships, working through past pain, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy and encouragement.
I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, which allows me to tailor our work to fit your unique needs. My style is integrative, flexible, and always centered around what feels most meaningful to you. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to explore your inner world—without judgment—and where you can begin to make sense of things, find clarity, and move toward the life you want.

Professional & Academic Background

Julian is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and is licensed as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. He has received training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Mindfulness-Based Approaches, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) etc. Dedicated to ongoing professional growth, Julian regularly participates in advanced training and stays current with the latest developments in the field of psychotherapy. Prior to joining NUVISTA, Julian gained experience working in community mental health programs.

Every individual is unique, and I embrace an eclectic and integrative approach to therapy. This allows me to tailor the therapeutic process to meet each client’s specific needs. Recognizing that each person is on their own journey of growth and development. My ultimate goal is to work collaboratively with clients, creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where they can freely explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while moving toward healing and self-discovery.

Outside the Office

I am passionate about gaming, particularly enjoying FPS, RTS, and RPG genres. In addition to gaming, I am an avid reader with a strong preference for fantasy and science fiction novels. Recently, I have embraced hiking and camping, and I am excited to explore more of Canada’s stunning national parks and natural landscapes.
