Rohina Sadat is the Neurofeedback Operations Manager at NuVista Mental Health, where she oversees clinical operations and supports the delivery of high-quality Neurofeedback care. With a background in neuroscience, Rohina is passionate about helping others improve their mental health and is deeply committed to educating clients about the science and impact of Neurofeedback for a diverse range of clients. She is dedicated to creating supportive, effective systems that empower clients to better understand their brains, build resilience, and achieve meaningful, lasting change in their wellbeing.
Professional & Academic Background
Rohina completed her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Mental Health at Carleton University in 2022. During her final year of study, she began working at NuVista Mental Health, where she quickly developed her expertise in neurofeedback through hands-on clinical experience and advanced training. Her dedication to the field led her to earn her Neurofeedback Technician certification through the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance (BCIA), solidifying her role as a knowledgeable and trusted member of the neurofeedback team.
Why They Chose This Work
I’ve always been deeply drawn to understanding the brain and helping people feel more in control of their mental health. During my time at NuVista Mental Health, I saw firsthand how neurofeedback can create meaningful change for individuals who have often struggled for years without answers. Being able to educate clients, support their progress, and watch them gain confidence, clarity, and hope is incredibly rewarding. It’s a privilege to be part of that journey, and it continues to motivate me to grow and learn, in hopes of making this powerful tool more accessible to others.
Outside the Office
Outside the office, I love spending time with my 2 cats and my big family, who keep me busy and grounded, whether that’s sharing a meal, being outdoors, or going on explorative walks and hikes. I’m also a big fan of travelling, and I’m always looking for my next travel adventure to experience new places and cultures.
