Therapeutic Approach & Specialties

You have taken the first steps in humility and courage by looking into therapy for yourself, your relationship, or your family. If you are stuck in the same conflicts, or feeling trapped by your past, scared about the future, or overwhelmed in the present, then I want to hear your story and offer you a path of hope.

I believe the changes we see together in therapy are based on compassion, connection, and clarity. You will find with me a personalized approach as we journey to discover who you are, what is missing, and what you value. We work to align your mental, emotional, and relational life with your identity, needs, values, and dreams.

Why They Chose This Work

Life is not supposed to be hard all the time. Most of us are navigating life without an accurate map of humanity, relationships, and emotions. Education and culture provide bits and pieces of the map, but it is up to each of us to put the pieces together and find our place in the world. Sean chooses to work in psychotherapy to help people build up a true map of themselves and the unexpected world around them. This is deeply personal and human work to create meaningful lives that do not feel so hard all the time.

Outside the Office

When he’s not working, Sean enjoys time with family and friends playing games, enjoying music, and talking philosophy. He is an amateur board game creator and drummer.
