Why They Chose This Work
I chose to become a psychotherapist because I’ve always been deeply interested in understanding people; their emotions, behaviors, and the stories behind them. I’m drawn to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals can feel seen, heard, and supported, especially during vulnerable or transitional moments in their lives. Helping people develop insight, self-compassion, and healthier ways of coping feels meaningful and aligned with my values. Being a psychotherapist allows me to combine empathy, curiosity, and clinical skill to support others in making lasting, meaningful change.
Outside the Office
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with loved ones, getting outdoors, and finding moments to slow down and recharge. I value balance and try to make space for activities that support both my wellbeing and creativity.
