Grace Armstrong

M.A., Registered Psychotherapy (Qualifying) and Psychotherapy Intern

Hi, I’m Grace. If you’re reading this, I imagine that there’s something in your life that you wish you could change. Whatever it is, I’m here to help. I provide a safe space for you to share your story. I know that many of our stories are full of hardships. Sometimes it can be difficult to see “the good” within ourselves, others and the world. But I promise you, it’s there. Each one of us has a unique set of strengths that we can use to foster resilience. I take a mindfulness-based approach to counselling, which means that I want to help you face challenges with confidence and acceptance. Together, we can work on goals that will get you closer to where you want to be – and who you want to be.
