Jordan Kritzinger

M.A., Psychotherapy Intern, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

We all face times in our lives where we feel lost, helpless, or insufficient, and in these times a little assistance goes a long way. I believe that when the complexity of our lives becomes disruptive and overwhelming, therapy can be an excellent tool for making positive and lasting changes.

Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, finding motivation, or just want to talk about a personal experience, I am eager to support you along your journey of self-development. I think that everyone can benefit from therapy, no matter how ‘healthy’ you may be. We can always improve our understanding of ourselves and others, our ability to take on responsibility and adapt to changes, to organize our lives and support our communities.

My approach typically begins by developing a clear and mutual understanding of your current situation, and how you would like to move forward in a way that aligns with your specific needs and values. This process involves continuous collaboration, from understanding your contextual background, to planning treatment goals, and determining which interventions to keep or drop. I value your perspective and consider you the ultimate expert of your own life and worldview.

The fact that you’re even here marks a significant step on your journey to healing and self-improvement. Be brave, bold, and even a little playful!
