Often times we find ourselves overwhelmed and preoccupied in a negative mindset. We feel stuck with no way out, yet we are desperate to find the help we need.
It is hard to reach out for help. Mental health can impact our lives and those around us. My approach to therapy is client focused, utilizing multiple tools including mindfulness. I help individuals identify their thoughts and their emotions and gain a better insight into their patterns. My hope for my clients is to teach and guide them on their journey while feeling confident and supported.
